5.2.3 Central Management release

Central Management 5.2.3 is a maintenance release to fix a few UI issues.

Long group names overflowed into the next group

Fix is applied and long group names will wrap into it's own group section.

UI text overlapped on small screen devices and shrinked browsers

When you downsized the browser or visited the management console on a mobile device, the text labels overlapped each other. The issue is fixed to properly display labels.
