To request authorization for a new team member

To request authorization for yourself

Navigate to https://support.impulse.com images/impulsepoint.atlassian.net/wiki/download/thumbnails/202211353/sing_up.PNG

Click Sign up. images/impulsepoint.atlassian.net/wiki/download/thumbnails/202211353/sign_upup.PNG

Log in to the support portal with your new credentials and navigate to https://impulsepoint.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/create/65
