Windows Defender-no successful scan recently

Step 1: Launch Windows Defender program from Windows menu

Step 2: Go to Virus & threat protection

Step 3: Click on Advanced scan

Step 4: Select Full scan, then click on Scan now

Step 5: Open Start Menu, search for MetaAccess and run it

Step 6: Right click on the MetaAccess trayicon, click Rescan Security issue to enforce the agent scans device compliance data and report to the MetaAccess servers again.
