Why couldn't I apply some actions for devices?

Some device actions are only applicable for certain agent versions or certain settings are enabled on a policy which devices assigned to. If you perform an action that is not applicable to a device, the system will throw an error message.

Please refer to the below table for the requirements of device actions.

Compliance Check - Check for OS Updates

 

Scan Threats

Windows persistent agent: 7.6.222.0+

macOS persistent agent: 10.4.214.0+

Policies > Device Policy > Device Action: "Threat Detection" needs to be enabled

Fetch log

Windows persistent agent: 7.6.231.0+

macOS persistent agent: 10.4.225.0+
