If you recently purchased an increased device limit and the device limit in Settings > Global is not correct, please log out of MetaAccess console and then log in again. This will cause MetaAccess to refresh the device limit to the correct number.
For all other issues with device limits, please contact us, and the Sales team will adjust your licensing.
