How do I enroll a mobile device to a MetaAccess account?
To enroll your devices to your account, you need to have at least a Registration Code/deep link which you/your administrator can get on MetaAccess console at Settings > Global Settings > Account tab. If you have not signed up an account on MetaAccess, go here to set up a free account.
Here are steps to enroll your device to your account/your organization's account.
Android:
Manual enrollment:

Download the OPSWAT Mobile App directly from the Google Play store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.opswat.gears)

Once the app is installed, open it

Touch "Enroll Your Device"

Enter the Registration Code provided by your MetaAccess administrator and touch "Enroll"

If your administrator requires you to enroll with a specific group or server (it's gears.opswat.com by default), you need to select "Advanced" to enter other information.
Automatic enrollment:

Download the Android mobile application using a specific link provided by your MetaAccess administrator

Once the mobile application is installed, open it and the auto registration should be completed. In case the automatic registration fails, please enroll the device manually by following step #3-5 in the manual enrollment process.
iOS:

Download the iOS mobile application directly from the Apple AppStore (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/gears-mobile-security-performance/id1037540857?ls=1&mt=8)

Once the mobile application is installed find it on the device and open it

Automatic enrollment:

Once the mobile application is installed navigate to a specific link provided by your MetaAccess administrator

Touch the "Click here" link at the bottom of the page for automatic registration

This should trigger the Application to open and automatically register the device. In case the automatic registration fails, please enroll the device manually by following step #3-5 in the manual enrollment process.
