How do I change my PIN?
You can change your PIN to confirm your action when you make changes or push commands to device on your User Information page as follows

Go to the UserInformation page by clicking your account name at the right top.

Enter your current PIN and new PIN

Click SAVE.
If you forget your PIN at any time you can request a new temporary PIN which will be created and sent to you. To do this:

Go to the User Information page by clicking your account name at the right top.

Click Forgot your PIN? to reset your PIN

Confirm that you would like to reset your PIN.
A temporary PIN will be sent to your email address. Once you receive the temporary PIN, please return to the User Information and Security section to change this to a PIN of your choosing.
