How could I manage another account?

To manage another account, an owner of that account have to send you an invitation. You then log into MetaAccess console to accept the invitation to become a co-admin on that account. You can use your OPSWAT portal account to log into MetaAccess. If you have not had an OPSWAT portal account, you need to go to https://go.opswat.com/communityRegistration to sign up with an email you get the invitation.To accept/decline an invitation,

  1. Log into MetaAccess console

  2. Click on your account name on the top right to access User Information page.

  3. Click on Accept/Decline to accept/decline the invitation

Once you have accepted an invitation, you can switch to their account to view their account information and configure their account if you have Administrator permission. You still need to use your PIN which you set up on your account to confirm changes you make on accounts you manage.To switch to an account,

  1. Log into MetaAccess console

  2. Click on your account name on the top right to access User Information page.

  3. Click on “Switch accounts” and select an account you want to view.

MetaAccess also provide you a way to set an account as default. By setting a default account, when you log into MetaAccess console, MetaAccess automatically switch you to that account without taking extra steps.

  1. Log into MetaAccess console

  2. Click on your account name on the top right to access User Information page.

  3. Switch to an account you would like to set as a default account.

  4. Go back to the User Information page.

  5. Click on Set as default account to set the current account you are in to be a default account.
