How could I manage another account?

To manage another account, an owner or administrators of that account has to send you an invitation. You then log into MetaAccess console to accept the invitation to become a co-admin on that account. You can use your OPSWAT account to log into MetaAccess. If you have not had an OPSWAT portal account, you need to go to https://id.opswat.com to sign up an account with an email that you get the invitation.

Accept/decline an invitation

  1. Log into MetaAccess console

  2. Click on your name on the top right to access your profile.

  3. On the Managed Account tab, click Accept/Decline to accept/decline the invitation.

4. Once you have accepted an invitation, you can switch to their account to view their account information and configure their account if you have Administrator permission.

Note: When you make any changes on any accounts you manage, you need to use your PIN which you set up on your profile to confirm changes.

Switch to an account

  1. Log into MetaAccess console

  2. Click on your name on the top right to access your profile.

  3. On the Managed Account tab, click the setting icon then select “Switch to this account

Set an account as a default account

MetaAccess provides you a way to set an account as a default account. By setting a default account, when you log into the MetaAccess console, MetaAccess automatically switches you to that account without taking extra steps.

  1. Log into MetaAccess console

  2. Click on your name on the top right to access your profile.

  3. On the Managed Account tab, click the setting icon then select "Set as default"
