How come I can't see the MetaAccess UI?

Starting on October 9, 2016, OPSWAT has deprecated the MetaAccess UI for all customers.

Any device running the Windows agent version 7.4.265.0 and OSX version 10.4.x.0 or above will no longer able to open the MetaAccess UI when running the application.

If an end-user is looking for the device's system information, they can access this information from the About menu within the MetaAccess Tray Icon context menu. (See screenshot below)
