How can I capture custom information from end-users?

As of May 23, 2017, MetaAccess is able to capture custom information, such as an email address, student ID, or a telephone number, from your end-users. You can specify what kind of information is needed and validate it using a regular expression string.

How does it works?

As long as you enable this feature, the MetaAccess will enforce end-users input their information which matches with the regular expression string you specified on MetaAccess console. On devices, an end-user will see a popup to tell her/him input information.

For Android/iOS users:

Note that the message on the above popups is defined on your MetaAccess account.

After the end-user inputs their information, it will be reported to the MetaAccess servers and you can view it from a device details view
