Can OPSWAT Client report all installed software on an endpoint?
OPSWAT Client is able to detect and report many types of installed software on PCs and Android devices.

Administrators have visibility to view all installed applications on all endpoints in a single pane of glass at Inventory > Applications or each endpoint on a device details view on MetaAccess console.

Windows/macOS:

Security applications are reported in the 'Protection' tab

Potentially unwanted applications are reported in the 'Unwanted Apps' tab (macOS unwanted applications detection is limited to the public file sharing category)

Other detected software is reported in the 'Other' tab. This excludes software found in the 'Protection' and 'Unwanted Apps' tabs. Examples include Java, Flash, MS Office, etc.
Linux:

Security applications are reported in the 'All' tab

Potentially unwanted applications are not reported

All installed packages (inclusive of security applications) are reported in the 'Packages' tab
Android:

Security applications are not reported

Potentially unwanted applications are not reported

All installed apps are reported in the 'Apps' tab
Note: installed applications are not reported on iOS devices.
