BitLocker Drive Encryption - Encryption state is suspended

Step 1: Go to Bitlocker Manager: from Start menu, search for Bitlocker, then select Manage Bitlocker


Step 2: On Bitlocker Drive Encryption screen, select Resume protection


Note: you may need to restart your machine to complete this process if your device just updated Windows

Step 3: Open Start Menu, search for OPSWAT Client (or MetaAccess) and run it


Step 4: Right click the "OPSWAT Client" tray icon, click "Check application security" to enforce the agent scans device compliance data and report to the MetaAccess servers again. Note that if you are running an old agent version, it should be Rescan security issues
