Reputation points

Actions like uploading files and voting are rewarded on MetaDefender Cloud with reputation points. Users receive points by:

  • uploading files that are detected as infected by four AV engines or more

  • submitting vulnerabilities that are validated and accepted by OPSWAT

  • voting

For each upload/submission, the user receives 1 reputation points. In order to obtain these points, you must be signed in to your account first.

You can check your reputation points score on the user account drop-down, from the upper right-hand side of the page:

For each user, we display the nicknames from the user accounts, in order to hide their real names and avoid unintended exposure. Therefore, some of the usernames may be the default generic ones . Changing the default username can be done on the Account Page.
