User reputation

Reputation points

Uploading infected files and submitting vulnerabilities are rewarded on our platform with reputation points. Users may obtain these points by:

  • uploading files that are detected as infected by four AV engines or more

  • submitting vulnerabilities that are validated and accepted by us

For each upload/submission, the user receives 5 reputation points. In order to obtain these points, you must be signed in to your account first.

You can check your reputation points score on the user account drop-down, from the upper right-hand side of the page:

Leaderboard

Consists of a list of our last 30 days top submitters. The list is generated on a daily basis, and includes the users who have submitted the most infected files in the last 30 days.

For each user we display the nicknames from the user accounts, in order to hide their real names and avoid unintended exposure. Therefore, s ome of the usernames may be the default generic ones. Changing the default username can be done on the Account Page.
