3.3 Kiosk Survey

As part of product improvement and development, OPSWAT recommends administrators of Kiosk to do a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey.
The survey is performed via an internet-connected Management Console and repeated yearly.

A popup with the survey link appears after an administrator successfully logs in.
Once clicking on the link, the admin is navigated to a new tab for the survey.
After completing the survey, the admin should click on DONE to prevent Kiosk to prompt for the survey again.
The survey will be requested for again in another year.

The admin can ignore the survey link by clicking on LATER.
Once an admin is ready to participate in the survey, clicking on the right bottom floater “JOIN KIOSK SURVEY“ will bring up the survey prompt again.
